Policies
All rentals are subject to rent. Advanced rent,
sales tax, occupancy tax, processing/cleaning
fee and security deposit charges. All of our
units are non smoking.
Payments
We require a minimum stay of two nights. We also
require a deposit of 50% of the rent which is
due at the signing of the rental contract. The
balance of the rent, administrative/cleaning
fee, taxes, security deposit, and pet deposit
when applicable is due two weeks before the
rental begins.
Security Deposit
Security deposit of $100 is due with the balance
two weeks prior to your stay. This deposit will
only be used if there is any damage to the
property.
Cleaning and Inspection
Your rental has been cleaned and inspected
before arrival and will be cleaned and inspected
after you leave. Please help us by reporting any
problems as soon as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you find it necessary to cancel a rental
contract any money's you have sent us (less a
$75 termination fee) will be refunded only if we
can re-book for the same time period. If we are
able to re-book for only a portion of your
rented time, that amount will be returned to
you.
Weather
Our mountain weather can be quite unpredictable
and totally out of our control. Some roads may
require 4 wheel drive in the winter. Please come
prepared. There will not be any refunds given
due to inclement weather. Please visit the
weather link on our web site before arrival for
an indication of how to prepare.
All rentals have linens, towels and equipped
kitchens.
Complementary hand soaps, paper towels and
toilet paper are provided to start each rental.
